How OREVAULT works
Everything you need to understand the fleet, your account, distributions and withdrawals before you make a decision.
Start with the fleet
Explore company-operated trucks and available operating cycles. Compare the unit price, available quantity, operating period and terms. OREVAULT is designed to make industrial fleet participation clear and accessible.
Choose and confirm
Sign in, choose a truck and available operating cycle, and select a quantity. The total price is calculated automatically as unit price × quantity and displayed before you submit. OREVAULT manages its own internal payment and operating records. A submitted request is not a wallet debit or proof that payment was received.
How operating results are allocated
For each operating period, approved operating figures are used to calculate the amount available for allocation. Under the current approved allocation model, positive net operating results are allocated using the four-part 30/20/10/40 policy:
- 20% maintenance reserve — set aside for routine servicing and upkeep.
- 10% emergency allocation — set aside for unexpected operating costs.
- 30% participant pool — the pool used for eligible participant allocations.
- 40% operator remainder — retained for the operator under the approved allocation policy.
Illustrative example: if an approved period records R10,000 in positive net operating results before these allocations, R2,000 would be assigned to maintenance, R1,000 to the emergency reserve, R3,000 to the participant pool and R4,000 to the operator remainder. These are scenario allocations, not a user payout or evidence of real-world performance. Any distribution depends on the approved operating model and the terms that apply to each participation.
Actual allocations depend on the approved figures, operating costs, eligible participation, available distributable funds and the terms that apply to the period. A period can produce a smaller allocation or no distribution. Examples explain the calculation method; they are not promises of future income.
See and claim your distributions
When an allocation is approved for your eligible participation, it appears in the Distribution Centre. Check its amount, status and claim deadline. You can claim one eligible distribution or use Claim all for the eligible items shown. Once a claim succeeds, the credited amount appears in your wallet and transaction history. Expired, blocked or otherwise ineligible items cannot be claimed.
Wallet, deposits and withdrawals
Your wallet shows recorded credits, withdrawals and the balance available for eligible actions. To deposit, choose an enabled payment method, follow the official instructions shown in your account, then enter the payment reference and submit proof. A deposit is credited only after it has been reviewed and approved. Never send money to details supplied outside the official OREVAULT payment instructions.
To withdraw, enter the gross amount and your receiving bank details or supported wallet details. The screen shows the applicable fee and estimated net amount before you submit. The finance team reviews the request and processes payment subject to verification and available funds. A request marked submitted or approved is not proof that a transfer has reached your account.
Referrals and account records
Your referral page shows your invitation code and accounts linked to it. Sharing an invitation does not guarantee a reward. Your transaction history and notifications help you follow account activity and review important updates.
What the figures mean
OREVAULT explains the operating figures and allocation approach used for each period so you can understand how a distribution is calculated. Any estimate or example is a planning illustration, not a statement that the same amount will be generated in future. Distribution amounts and timing can change, and a distribution may be zero. Review the specific option terms and current account information before participating.

Terms & conditions
Plain-language overview. The current approved legal terms and agreements take precedence.
1. Account and eligibility
Please provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. OREVAULT may request identity or eligibility checks before enabling certain services.
2. Participation options
Published prices, durations, capacities and terms describe the options listed in the catalogue. An option remains subject to availability and eligibility at the time you confirm your purchase.
3. Operating records and distributions
Distributions are based on approved operating figures, the applicable allocation rules, eligible participations and available distributable funds. Illustrative examples explain the calculation method; they are not a promise of future income. Amounts and timing can vary, and a distribution may be zero.
4. Claims and expiry
Only eligible distributions can be claimed. Claim deadlines and eligibility rules apply. An expired, blocked or otherwise ineligible distribution cannot be claimed.
5. Wallet, deposits and withdrawals
Your wallet reflects transactions recorded by OREVAULT. Deposits require review before credit. Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance, configured minimums, fees, verification and processing. Submitting a request does not mean that a bank transfer or crypto payment has been completed.
6. Fees, payment methods and service availability
Applicable fees and currently supported payment instructions should be reviewed before a transaction. Do not send funds to payment details that have not been officially published and verified by OREVAULT.
7. Accuracy and changes
Catalogue information and platform features may change. We will endeavour to display current information, but users should review the specific option details and applicable agreements before confirming a transaction.
8. Privacy and security
Account information and uploaded documents should be handled according to the platform's privacy notice and applicable law. Do not share passwords, authentication codes or private financial credentials with support staff.
9. Support and disputes
Contact OREVAULT customer care for account assistance. Any binding participation agreement, applicable company details, privacy notice and required legal disclosures should be reviewed before entering into an arrangement.
